Alejandro Perez Diaz, born in 1973 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is the owner and proprietor of Cush Cannabis Dispensario in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. With a career that began in the early 1990s, Alejandro has been a prominent advocate, ambassador, and educator within the cannabis community. He played a key role during the pivotal shift in the mid-90s when Puerto Rico saw the introduction of hydroponically grown cannabis and the rise of local growers post-9/11. 

His background as a tree worker, landscaper, and arborist fueled his passion for plant biology, and he has always been particularly drawn to the Cannabis plant for its medicinal, industrial, and therapeutic properties. Since entering the Medicinal Cannabis industry in 2016, Alejandro has dedicated himself to advancing the culture and science of Cannabis, emphasizing its significant benefits and the critical nature of responsible industry involvement.

Alejandro leads his team onsite daily at Cush Cannabis Dispensario in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. He is eager to share his extensive experience and knowledge with both customers and colleagues alike. Fluent in Spanish and English, he effectively communicates and educates a diverse clientele about the nuances of Cannabis and its many uses and benefits, ensuring that his passion for the plant is accessible to everyone.
